Creative Approaches to Self Care: Transforming Mental and Emotional States

When life gets stressful and the pressures of school, work and home life are piling up, it’s easy
to get stuck in negative emotions and self-defeating thoughts. This workshop will utilize art and
music to break up mental and emotional stuck points and introduce new ways of rejuvenating
our spirits.
