SPCC Workshop – “Breaking Bad”: A Workshop on Healthy Boundary Setting

November 9, 2017 @ 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

If you find yourself emotionally drained from contact with some people, or even avoiding someone to not feel drained, it might be time to consider your own boundaries with the people in your life. Boundaries are how we maintain ourselves around other people. They define our roles and how we interact. At the Breaking Bad presentation, the therapists at PhiladelphiaMFT will be discussing how boundaries that are well maintained can make all the difference with the people in your life, without having to change the people.

Wednesday, November 9, 2017 from 5-6:30 PM

833 Chestnut Street, Suite 210-A, Room A-04
