Rose Milani

Project Coordinator

Rose Milani graduated with a degree in biology from the University of Rhode Island. Since then, she has worked on 3 different college campuses in the north east. Her roles on campus have been in mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Most recently she has been working in the field of suicide prevention as the project coordinators for JeffHELP and the Garrett Lee Smith Suicide Prevention Grant in Pennsylvania. Part of her function as project coordinator is to oversee the student peer support program, maintain the JeffHELP and Pennsylvania Youth Suicide Prevention (PAYSPI) website, and coordinate awareness activities. Ms. Milani is the staff advisor for Thomas Jefferson University’s Active Minds chapter, and is certified as a Mental Health First Aid instructor, where she trains individuals on how to respond to someone who may be in psychological distress.
